Dear presenter,

We would like to ask you to take a few minutes to read the following guidelines regarding your presentation.

A whole session will be organized in a separate conference room with a theatre or school set-up (depending on the room assigned). The conference room will be equipped with a projector/screen or LCD monitor and computer to run the presentation. Please note that the speakers’ computers cannot be connected for technical reasons.

Before the conference, you are kindly asked to:

1. Check the date, time and length of your presentation in the conference program at https://www.semcon2024.com/programme

IMPORTANT NOTE! The programme will be regularly updated and is subject to change; therefore, please follow it regularly so as not to miss any changes.

2. Please note that your 30-minute time slot includes 20 minutes for a presentation and 10 minutes for a discussion.

3. Prepare the presentation in one of the following formats: *.ppt, *pptx (PowerPoint), *.pdf (Adobe Reader), format 16x9. Presentations should preferably be held in English. Please ensure that fonts are large enough to be well visible to the audience.

Notice! Authors presenting their papers in French, Spanish, or Polish must prepare handouts in English (with the text or PowerPoint presentation in print).

Before the session, you are kindly asked to:

Arrive at the conference room at the beginning of the break preceding your session. Bring your presentation (slides) on a USB stick, and familiarize yourself with the audiovisual equipment.
